About Us
Cecilia and Aloise have always had a dream of retiring in the bush. After going into a partnership and investing in Phumula Kruger Lodge, they decided to retire early, move there and run it. It is now a family business and all their staff are local and trained up personally by either Aloise or Cecilia.

Both hosts are fond of this sort of lifestyle and the risk and pleasure that comes with it. Living out in the bush can be quite an experience especially when wild game wanders through the garden.

Guests are urged to respect the wildlife. Extreme caution should always be exercised when confronting a wild animal, although they are used to humans, they should be given their space.


Policies & Other Information
Cancellation policy:
Cancellations made 21 - 28 days prior to dates booked: 25% of the total invoice due.
Cancellations made 14 - 21 days prior to dates booked: 50% of the total invoice due.
Cancellations made 7 - 14 days prior to dates booked: 75% of the total invoice due.
Cancellations made 7 days prior to dates booked: 100% of the total invoice due.

Late check out policy:
Check out time is 11.00 am on the date of departure. If required, the time may be extended through prior arrangement with the management.
